Knjigovodstvo24 helps foreign founders and IT contractors set up and run a business in Serbia — company formation, the flat-rate paušal regime and ongoing accounting — fully remotely and in English.

An honest, new brand

We will be straight with you: Knjigovodstvo24 is a new service. We don't claim a decade of history, a long client list or reviews we don't have. What we do bring is genuine, experienced accounting expertise applied to one thing — making Serbia work for non-resident founders.

What we actually offer

• Company formation: a Serbian d.o.o. for non-residents, filed with the APR via eID or power of attorney, with share capital from 100 RSD.
• Flat-rate paušal setup: registration and ongoing filings for IT freelancers, with an honest read on the independence-test risk.
• Accounting: bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, contributions and year-end for foreign-owned companies, in English.

Why Serbia — and what it is not

Serbia is a low-cost base near the EU, with a 15% flat corporate profit tax, a deep and affordable IT talent pool, and double-tax treaties with many countries. It is not in the EU single market, and we never imply otherwise. For some founders that near-EU position is exactly right; for others an EU jurisdiction is the better fit. We'll tell you honestly which.

How we work

Everything is remote. Prices are shown primarily in dinars (RSD) with a euro reference, and state (APR) fees are passed through at cost. We are not a government body and we are not the APR. For tax and legal matters that need a signature from a licensed professional, we are clear about the boundary and bring in the right person.
